Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this site and your purchase of prints from Brad Sherman Prints, a sole proprietorship operated by Brad Sherman in Montclair, New Jersey ("I," "me," "my"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't order.

The prints

All work sold here is made to order — archival giclée fine-art prints and matte posters of my original paintings, drawings, and graphic designs, produced by my print partner when you order. Colors and texture may vary slightly from what you see on screen, since every display renders color differently. Sizes are listed per product; small variations inherent to printing and trimming can occur.

Orders, prices & payment

• Prices are in US dollars. I may update prices or product availability at any time.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which I may accept or decline (for example, if an item is unavailable or an error occurred).
• Sales tax is added where required by law (currently New Jersey).
• If an obvious pricing or description error occurs, I may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Shipping

Prints are made to order and typically ship within about 5–7 business days, with delivery time depending on the carrier and destination. Currently I ship within the United States. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if something goes wrong in transit, see Returns & Refunds below and I'll help make it right.

Returns & refunds

Because prints are made to order, they aren't returnable for change of mind, but I fully back them against damage and misprints. The full policy is here: Returns & Refunds.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, and text on this site are © Brad Sherman and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without my written permission. Buying a print grants you the right to display it personally in your own space. It does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights in the artwork.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and prints are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, and I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a print. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law, and this doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please email me first — most things are resolved quickly and directly. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted here with its date.
