Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Brad Sherman Prints collects when you visit this site or place an order, how it's used, and the choices you have. Brad Sherman Prints is a sole proprietorship operated by Brad Sherman in Montclair, New Jersey. Questions? Email orders@bradshermanprints.com.

What I collect

I only collect what's needed to sell and ship a print:

• Order details — your name, shipping address, email, and phone number, entered at checkout.
• Payment — card payments are processed entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own secure page. I never see or store your full card number.
• Your cart — the sizes you add are stored only in your own browser (on your device) until you check out.

This site uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.

How I use it

• To process your payment and produce, ship, and track your order.
• To send you an order confirmation with a tracking link, and replies to your questions.
• To keep basic records for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Who I share it with

To fulfill an order, limited information is shared with trusted service providers, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Gelato — printing, packing, and shipping your order (receives your shipping name and address).
• Resend — sending your order confirmation email.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and storage of order records (order number, order status, and your email, kept for about a year).

Information may also be disclosed if required by law. I don't share your data for anyone's marketing.

How long I keep it

Order records are retained for about a year for tracking and support, and longer where tax or legal rules require. You can ask me to delete your personal information at any time (subject to records I'm legally required to keep) by emailing orders@bradshermanprints.com.

Your choices & rights

You can request a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; I honor reasonable requests regardless of location. I do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, and card details are handled entirely by Stripe's hosted checkout — they never touch this site's servers. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes will be reflected at checkout. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current policy.
