Capri. The view down from the Giardino di Augusto in Capri, over the switchbacks of Via Krupp to the water. Acrylic on canvas, painted from a photo I took in Italy.

Painted Ladies. A row of the gingerbread cottages in Oak Bluffs, on Martha's Vineyard, drawn in graphite from observation — all line and shadow, no color. Probably the most detailed drawing I've done by hand.

De Stijl Manifesto. A poster I made as a tribute to the De Stijl movement (1917–1920) — primary color blocks, heavy black bars, bold type.

Work I made by hand.

I paint in acrylic and draw in graphite and charcoal, with a few graphic designs in between.

Most of the landscapes are painted from my own photos — Italy, Paris, and Madison. Being Italian is a big part of it too, so some of the work connects back to my heritage. Every print here is made from one of my originals: photographed, corrected to true color, and printed to order on archival fine-art paper with pigment inks. Mostly I just like making art that lives with you.
